Pairing worked but it won't connect, what can I do?

Try to re-pair:

Quit the scan software by pressing CTRL-Q

Go to Control Panel / Hardware and Sound / Devices and Printers and right click on PocketScan; Remove device

Pair PocketScan again with Windows

Restart the Scan Software


Check for interference:

Turn off WIFi

Disconnect other Bluetooth devices 


Check if a newer software version is available:

Go to Help; About - it will show the version number

Go to the PocketScan Windows download page and see what version is available
