My Android device is on the list of supported devices, but I am not able to find the app within Google Play Store.

When we released the PocketScan App for Android, we enabled a number of supported devices. However, some devices have multiple entries for the same phone with slightly different specifications or specific sub-models, which were not enabled automatically.

If you open Dacuda's Google Play Store entry in your Computer's browser, while logged into your Google account, you should see that your "XYZ model" is not supported. If you send us the exact model description, we will make sure to add it to our list of supported devices - you should then be able to use the PocketScan with your device.
