The app starts but says that it cannot access resources, what can I do?

Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Close the app completely by showing recent apps (on most devices, you can do that by holding one of the phone's main buttons for a few seconds) and swipe it away.

Re-open the PocketScan app.

If it did not help, you can try to uninstall the app and re-install it again.
